Pupil tutoring

The long treatment period also challenges our patients and their siblings in their school matters. The sick children wish that they can stay in their old class. Thus, they do a lot of school work in the hospital and at home so as not to lose touch.

The siblings continue to go to school, but can no longer expect support from both parents. Concentration and attention are impaired by their own worries. In order not to let school gaps become too big, there is our offer of student tutoring. This is offered by the association in cooperation with dedicated student teachers. The tutoring takes place in the home environment and the learning goals as well as the learning times are agreed upon individually.
